too old for this.

Susie and I went for a bike ride a couple of days ago. It was a planned 10 miler on one of the islands that we were told was flat.  It wasn’t.

We did the first five miles riding to Lopez village although at least half of it was spent walking uphill. But we found a nice restaurant where I had a blackened salmon sandwich and Susie had fish tacos.

you'd never guess my legs felt like they were falling off.

I ended up writing an 1100 word column about our ride. Look for it in the tribune, the reporter times and the Mooresville Times.
